About
Lucas Mason is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter from Ontario, emerging as one of Canada’s most promising new voices in country and folk. Raised in a musical family, he developed his sound early, learning piano, guitar, and vocals, while building a strong foundation in storytelling-driven songwriting.
He first broke through in 2024 when a viral moment saw him join Zach Bryan on stage—amassing over 15 million views and introducing his undeniable stage presence to a global audience.
Since then, Lucas has quickly built real momentum on the live circuit, performing at major festivals including Misty City Music Festival, Big Valley Jamboree, North of Nowhere, and Sauble Beach Party, along with notable stages like the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Halftime Show and The Horseshoe Tavern.
He has opened for established acts including The James Barker Band, Robyn Ottolini, Schoolhouse, Joe Jordan, and Dom Louis—demonstrating his ability to connect with large audiences and hold his own alongside top-tier talent.
Drawing influence from Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, and Phoebe Bridgers, Lucas writes with an authenticity and emotional honesty that resonates with a new generation of listeners. His latest song, Stay, is the 4th single of his upcoming debut album.
